Char Pascute is the Head Cheerleading Coach at CSN and also the Administrative Assistant to the Athletics Department. She attended Youngstown State University and Bowling Green State University in Ohio. Char has worked at Vineyards Elementary School and St. John the Evangelist Church.

Coach Kasye Beza started teaching and coaching at Community School of Naples (CSN) in 2014. She teaches in the English Department in the Upper School and is also the Co-Head Coach for CSN’s Track & Field team. Kasye earned a Masters degree in English from Truman State University, where she was a 3-time All-American on the Women’s Track team and currently holds the school record in the 400 meter.
Coach Beza begins her 4th year as Head Cross Country Coach and 2nd year as Co-Head Coach for Track & Field after working as an Assistant for 4 years. Since her arrival to CSN, she has led the Seahawks to 3 District Championships in Cross Country as well as 3rd, 4th, and 6th place State finishes for both girls and boys Track. The 2018 track season was extremely successful for CSN, with records set in hurdles, sprints, and pole vault.
Prior to her joining the CSN staff, Coach Beza taught 9 years at Columbia Independent School in Missouri where she started Columbia’s Cross Country program in 2006. Over time, she produced 13 cross country State qualifiers, 3 team State Championships and 5 State individual State qualifiers in Track even though the school did not have a track facility.
Coach Beza brings 5 years of athletic experience besides her expertise in Cross County and Track to CSN, including stints as Athletic Director, Head Golf Coach and Assistant Basketball Coach. Among her accolades as Coach of the Year in Missouri, she has led and trained several CSN student-athletes to compete at the next level at several NCAA notable colleges such as Belmont, Texas Christian University, Georgia, Babson College, Wake Forest and Florida State among others.
Kasye is a native of St. Louis, Missouri. She lives in Naples, where she remains active in the running community by competing in 5ks and half-marathons.

Jordan Major is a Florida native, originally from Tarpon Springs. After obtaining his B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Central Florida, Jordan opted to apply his passion for math and physics in the educating of others. In the seven years before first joining CSN in 2017, he served as the sole high school math teacher at Everglades City School, teaching across all levels of secondary mathematics. Additionally, he was Head Coach of the boys and girls cross country team as well as Assistant Coach of the boys JV baseball team.

Coach Paul Selvidio started coaching at Community School of Naples (CSN) in 2013 and begins his 5th year as the school’s head football coach; and his 7th year as the school’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Coach Selvidio began his coaching career at CSN as the defensive line and running backs coach during the 2013 season. Coach Selvidio became CSN’s 2nd Head Football Coach in 2014 and led the team to a 10-2 season. The 2014 CSN football team finished 5th in the Sunshine State Athletic Conference (SSAC) with a victory in the SSAC’s 2014 Florida Bowl. Coach Selvidio continues to work with the offensive and defensive lines as their respective position coach in addition to his duties as the head football coach. The 2015 season was another 10-win season, a trip to the Region playoffs and saw a return to the FHSAA 2A classification. In 2016, Coach Selvidio guided the Seahawks to another 10-win season, trip to the Region playoffs and its first-ever overseas trip to Dublin, Ireland. In addition, the 2016 team had 2 players earn All-State honors, one Player of the Year for SWFL, an MVP of the All-State Football Game, a Winged Foot Award nominee, and 7 players selected to the All-Area Teams. This past season, Coach Selvidio’s leadership eased the hardship of Hurricane IRMA and the other weather episodes—however, the team finished with only 2 loses and sent 7 players on to play at NCAA institutions.
Coach Selvidio is a graduate of Florida State University where he earned two B.S. degrees in accounting and finance. While at Florida State, coach Selvidio played football under legendary coaches Bobby Bowden and Mickey Andrews. Coach Selvidio contributed on special teams as he transitioned from linebacker to fullback for the 2001 Seminoles. He was a fullback and letterman on the Seminoles 2002 ACC Championship team and he appeared in the 2003 BCS Sugar Bowl. Additionally, coach Selvidio was recognized as an ACC academic honor roll award winner in his time at Florida State. Prior to attending Florida State, coach Selvidio graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy Preparatory School where he was a starting defensive end for the school’s football team. Prior to attending prep-school, coach Selvidio graduated from Wellington High school in West Palm Beach Florida. While playing for Wellington he was named to the Sun Sentinel All-Area team for Broward and Palm Beach Counties. He was also named to the Outback Steakhouse South Florida All Star team as a starting guard. Additionally, he was named all-district, all-county, and he was Wellington’s most valuable offensive player during his senior season.
Paul is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant. Prior to becoming the CFO at CSN, coach Selvidio practiced public accounting and consulting for nearly seven years at a large national accounting and consulting firm. Coach Selvidio is married to his wife, Brooke, and has three children, Makayla '30, Peter '33, and Elizabeth '34.

Coach Courtney Figueroa grew up in Naples, Florida and is an extremely accomplished golfer. She attended Community School of Naples until 8th grade where she was the captain of the varsity team from 6th – 8th grade. In high school, she was the South Florida Women's High School Player of the Year from 2003-2007. She received a full golf scholarship to Florida Gulf Coast University where she studied elementary education. Courtney currently joined the staff of The Club at Olde Cypress, as an Assistant Golf Professional, after spending four years as Assistant Golf Professional, and the events coordinator at the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club. She has also previously worked at Stonebridge Country Club.
Coach Figueroa is the 1st CSN alumnus for the Girls Golf program and is a very active community partner and is involved in the growth of the game by supporting junior golf.

Coach John King has been associated with Community School of Naples (CSN) athletics since 2011, where he served as Assistant Swim Coach. He is an avid swimmer and swam competitively at Indiana University (IU) under legendary coach Dr. James Councilman. At IU, Coach King earned Big Ten Championships and NCAA Division I All-American honors. He has coached beginning swimmers, youth teams, High School teams, College teams and an Olympic medalist.
This past season, Coach King developed a record-setting Girls Swim team. His team produced a State Champion, a SWFL Player of the Year, set 7 new school records, delivered a District Runner-up title and got 4 swimmers selected as All-Area.
Coach King is a native of Indiana, and graduated from IU with a Master’s degree in Operations Management. On most occasions, you can find Coach King swimming with the Master’s group early in the morning at CSN.

Coach Alicia MacIntyre started as the Varsity Girls Volleyball Coach at Community School of Naples (CSN) in 2016. This past season, she took the team to another Regional playoff game, had 4 players earn All-Area distinction, one player as Player of the Year Finalist, one FACA 5A Player of the Year and was selected as FACA 5A Coach of the Year. Additionally, she led the team to a 1st overseas trip to Rome, Italy to play two games against international opponents. Coach MacIntyre has 9 years of coaching experience including College, High School and Private Clubs. She played both college Volleyball and Softball at Lincoln Memorial University—a NCAA Division II institution in Tennessee.
Coach MacIntyre has a BA in Communications and minored in English & Biology. In college, she was named to the All Region team twice, All South Atlantic Conference Team and was named an Athletic Legend for Lincoln Memorial Athletics in 2016.
Alicia and her family reside in Fort Myers, and she currently teaches for the Collier County Public School system.

Coach Greg Donahue is a 20-year veteran of High School basketball. Coach Donahue started his coaching at Community School of Naples (CSN) in 2006. Greg was the Head Junior Varsity Coach for two years prior to taking the reigns as Head Coach in 2008.
Coach Donahue started his coaching career at St. John Neumann as an Assistant Boys Basketball Coach for 7 years. During his time at CSN, he’s led the Seahawk boys’ basketball program to 8 District Championships, 1 Region Championship, and a Final Four appearance. He was named FACA 3A Coach of the Year for 2016 and FACA 5A Coach of the Year for 2017 and 2019. He has developed some of the finest basketball players in SWFL, placed at least one player on the first-team All-Area Team in each of the past 11 years to include several players earning Player of the Year. Coach Donahue’s teams have an overall record of 229-62.

Coach Rich Crosby started coaching at Community School of Naples (CSN) in 2006 as Assistant Football, Baseball and Girls Basketball Coach. Coach Crosby brings 20 years of coaching and athletic conditioning experience to CSN and was a long-time Assistant Girls Basketball Coach under Legendary Head Coach Mitch Woods. As the Assistant Girls Basketball Coach, he helped CSN to 11 straight District Titles, 5 Regional Titles and 2 State Championships!
Coach Crosby has consulted for several high school, college and professional teams throughout his 27-year career. His areas of specialty include Human Performance, Strength & Conditioning, Nutrition, and Injury Prevention.
Rich grew up in Baltimore, MD and moved to Naples in 1997. He is a graduate of Towson State with a BS in Physical Education (Summa cum Laude). He is married to Jess and they have three children Ryan, Decker and Gracyn.

Coach Thomas Kloss starts his 1st year as Community School of Naples (CSN) Head Boys Varsity Soccer coach. Coach Kloss comes with over 20 years of coaching experience and a wealth of soccer knowledge as both a player and coach. He is very familiar with the CSN culture and has spent 12 years in various Soccer coaching positions at CSN.
Coach Kloss played 13 years as a professional Soccer player in Germany; in addition, he has owned and managed private soccer schools and trained hundreds of players from ages 5 – 18. He inherits a CSN program that has won 4 District titles, 2 Region Titles and 2 trips to the State Series since 2013.
Coach Kloss and his wife Jenna are deeply passionate about CSN Soccer and understand what it takes to blend academics and athletics in today’s society.

Jenna Kloss started as Head Girl Soccer Coach Community School of Naples (CSN) in 2012 and began teaching in 2009 as Kindergarten teacher in the Lower School. She holds a National Coaching License and a F.C. Barcelona training coaching license; and has played Division 1 and women’s professional soccer in addition to women’s lacrosse on the Pennsylvania State and Regional Team Level.
Coach Kloss’s coaching credentials include Assistant Varsity Girls Coach and Junior Varsity Girls Head Coach at Barron Collier High School where she fielded District champions three years in a row and a couple Regional contests as well. After coming to CSN, Coach Kloss assumed the Head Coach role for our Middle School Boys and Girls and transitioned to Assistant Boys Varsity coach.
During her tenure, Coach Kloss has led our Girls Varsity Soccer to 3 District Championships, 2 Region Championships, 2 State Series Final Four appearances and State Runner-up in 2017. Jenna has been Naples Daily News Winter Sports Coach of the Year and Soccer Coach of the Year four times. Additionally, she was named District Girls Soccer Coach of the Year five times and was CSN’s Gulf Coast Insurance Collier County Coach of the Year nominee for 2014 & 2015 School year.
Jenna is a native of Philadelphia Pennsylvania and a graduate of Mercer University in Macon Georgia and has a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. She is very involved in the Foster Care Council of Southwest Florida and is married to Thomas Kloss, a professional soccer player in the first division Bundesliga for Eintracht Frankfurt, Germany. Jenna and Thomas own and run a youth soccer league together.

Coach Chad N. Ott starts his 17th year (10th as Head Coach) coaching varsity baseball at Community School of Naples. In addition to coaching baseball at CSN, Chad coached for 10 years at Greater Naples Little League—and was president of the League for five years. He also has coached Middle School and Junior Varsity football at CSN.
CSN teams won District Championships in 2009 and 2010. The program has developed players that have gone on to play college baseball at Duke, Endicott, Gettysburg, Flagler, Haverford, Northwestern, MIT, NYU, University of Pittsburg – Greensburg, Stetson, and Yale.
Coach Ott is co-founder and principal of Falcon Capital Management, an investment management firm. Prior to founding Falcon Capital Management, Chad was a nine-year employee of Electronic Data Systems Corporation. Coach Ott serves as vice president and treasurer of CSN’s Board of Trustees and treasurer of the CSN Foundation.
Chad is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio and a graduate of The George Washington University. He and his wife Courtney have two sons, Nicholas (2012) and Preston (2016) who were lifers at CSN.

Keith Lee relocated to Naples during the summer of 2020. He came from Avon, Connecticut, where he taught mathematics at Avon Old Farms School (AOF) for nine years. While at Avon, Keith was the Head Lacrosse Coach, worked alongside the Admissions and College Counseling teams, as well as one of the Head Dormitory Masters on campus. During his time at Avon, his team won five Founders League titles and one New England Championship. His student-athletes went onto the highest levels of college lacrosse, and some to the professional level. Prior to working at Avon, Keith earned his B.S. in Applied Mathematics, and was an All-Conference lacrosse player at Robert Morris University.

Coach Amber O’Malley started as Head Softball Coach for Community School of Naples (CSN) in 2016. She is a Certified Athletic Administrator and recently selected to the Board for the FIAA. Coach O’Malley has been CSN’s Middle School Athletic Director for the past year.
Coach O’Malley led the Shoream Wading River High School Wildcat softball team to the Suffolk County, NY Championship game. She took a 3-win team and led them to a record 14-4 season within one year. Coach O’Malley played both Softball and Tennis in College; in fact, she led Dowling College to 2 straight NCAA Division II Regional games.
Amber has a degree in early childhood education and Special education; and a Masters in Education.

Coach Hernan Nunez has been involved with CSN Tennis since 2007 and begins his first year at CSN Head Boy’s Tennis Coach. He will lead a boy’s Varsity tennis squad that have been District Champions for 4 consecutive years.
Coach Nunez is a USPTA member and has an International Business degree from Bogota Colombia. He is Co-Founder of Ultra Tennis Academy and has been the Director of Tennis at several locations and Tennis Professional at The Dunes, Pembrooke Pines, Naples Bath and Tennis Club, Mediterra and Ritz Carlton.
Hernan is an active player on the Naples Pro League, Champion of the 5-0 Division, Naples City champion in 2016, Nationally ranked in the top 10 Professional Division in Colombia in 2002 and Internationally ranted in the top 50 Junior Division in South America in 1998 & 1999.
Coach Nunez’s philosophy is to build and grow a positive, competitive and organized foundation at CSN while focusing on teamwork, character, and sportsmanship.
