In honor of "Incredible Kid Day" on Thursday, Edison Awards highlighted Sonia Patel '24 for her incredible innovation in the Young Edison Challenge.
Sonia has developed "Corneal Applanation Scleral Buckling Model" allowing surgeons to practice surgery/suturing on a more realistic and cost-efficient eye model.
