On Wednesday, March 25, eighth graders Megan D’Souza, Melita D’Souza, and Julian Miller represented CSN at the Collier County Spelling Bee at the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Administration Center. Competing against champions from other local middle schools, these three students had to decipher vocabulary and spell words such as disproportionate and venial. Melita and Julian spelled their way into round 9, earning them both 3^rd place (tied) overall. Congratulations to all three exceptional wordsmiths!
