Mrs. Leschen's leadership elective has spent this quarter learning to be the best version of themselves, identifying their strengths, weaknesses and personal values, as well as the importance of setting a positive example for others. They wrapped up the quarter by presenting a lesson about sportsmanship and teamwork to Mrs. Kornblue's third-grade class. They discussed the definition and benefits of sportsmanship, along with examples of what is and is not sportsmanship. They also did some role-playing. At the end, Mrs. Kornblue's students got to test their new knowledge with a Gimkit. It was an exciting opportunity for the students to step up as leaders in the school community!
