LS/MS teacher and coach Kyle Turner, the chief organizer of the event, attended to every pre-race detail, working with a small but mighty committee: Alison Haidle, LS Administrative Assistant; Franchesca Whiting, Director of Admissions & Marketing; Danielle Kagan, Parent and Alumni Engagement Coordinator; and Leigh Stasik, Assistant Head of MS - Academics.

Each participant was given an official Turkey Trot t-shirt beautifully designed by MS art teacher, Mr. Leo Reyes. The Parent Association graciously and expertly provided runners with the post-race necessities: water and fruit. All the runners and race organizers are most appreciative of their support. MS Turkey Trot winners will be celebrated and given medals in the assembly following Thanksgiving Break. At the next Spirit Day assembly, LS front-runners will be awarded a special coupon book, including free dress, no homework and a mystery coupon!
