Strength and Conditioning

CSCS, CSN Strength and Conditioning Coordinator 

Mr. Rich Crosby grew up in Baltimore, and moved to Naples in 1997. He is a graduate of Towson State with a BS in Physical Education (summa cum laude). Coach Crosby brings 20 years of athletic conditioning experience to CSN. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a member of the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA). Coach Crosby has previously consulted for several high school, college and professional teams. His areas of specialty include Human Performance, Strength & Conditioning, Nutrition, and Injury Prevention. He has been CSN’s Offensive Coordinator/Quarterback Coach since 2010 where his offense led the State of Florida in passing (2012) in 2A. Coach Crosby was also an Assistant Baseball Coach from 2006 – 2011 and is currently the girls Assistant Varsity Basketball Coach.
