2010 AP Advanced Placement Summer Institute - The
AP Summer Institute experience is a powerful opportunity for educators
to enrich
their teaching through interactions, conversations, and new learning.
The
instructor of each workshop is a College Board-trained consultant and
experienced AP teacher who provides an overview of the curriculum
structure and
content. The consultants also share teaching strategies and approaches
to AP
Exam preparation. The 2010 session runs June 14-17 and June 21-24.
Courses offered are English
Language & Composition, English Literature, Human Geography,
Psychology,
World History, Biology, Calculus AB, U.S. History and U.S. Government
&
Politics.

CSN Brainstorm Camp – Toy
Design • Lab Science • Animal Nature • Story Arts/Graphic Novels for Grades 6-12 - is a
co-ed enrichment program for current 6th–11th grade students. CSN provides a
rich learning environment in which students can make the most of our wonderful
resources. We offer multiple weekly sessions, and students choose one class per
week. All our classes are hands-on and project based! We offer three one-week
sessions; students are welcome to attend any or all weeks. Each session opens
with a Sunday tour and barbecue from 3:30 to 6pm so that students and staff can
get to know each other.
Curious Jane & Zip Zoom Jack Camps –Creative
Writing • Theater • Fashion Design • Forensics • Vet Science for Grades 1-5 - This
hands-on, high-energy programs offer fresh, fantastic themes designed just for the
current 1st-5th grade age-range. The program is divided into all-girls and
all-boys components. The single-gender environment emphasizes social growth,
exploration and fun! Campers are grouped by age, and our fantastic staff tends
to the needs and talents of every camper. We are active and involved – we learn
and have fun by DOING! We offer multiple weekly sessions, and students choose
one class per week. All our classes are hands-on and project based! We offer three one-week
sessions; students are welcome to attend any or all weeks, and choose a
different class them each week!
Mrs. Pisano’s All About Art
Camp is for Little artists will have the opportunity to work with a
variey of media including clay, paint & watercolor, printmaking,
weaving,
jewelry, drawing and sculpture. Classes are for CSN Pre-K and
Kindergarten
students, and will take place from 9am-12pm in the Lower School Art
Studio.
Sessions run June 14-18, June 21-25 and June 28-July 2 and the cost of
$125 per

T.C. Dolgin's Children’s Guitar
& Bass Camp- is open to the public, grades 4-8, for 3 one-week
sessions
-June 7-11, June 14-18, and June 21-25. Classes will take place for 2 to
2 ½

The K6 Future Stars Co-Ed Basketball Camp- is for male and female
students entering
grades 2-8 and emphasises skills and fundamental development in a
positive and
fun environment! The camp will take place in the Field House from June
28-July 2 and include a morning session from 7:30am -12pm and an
afternoon
session from 12pm - 5:30pm. Costs are $100 for one session and $150 for
both.
Enrollment is limited to 120 campers and spaces are filling quickly.

nation's largest and premier organizer of chess camps for children. They will
offer full and half-day programs to children aged 5-16, beginners to advanced,
