Students, teachers, parents and alumni gathered to welcome CSN
alum and American Idol contestant Paige Miles ('04) on Friday, May 28th
in the MAC. Paige sang for the enthusiastic crowd, accompanied by
faculty members T.C Dolgin, Dennis Scott and Mark Danni and CSN alum
Jeremy Goodman ('07). Division representatives Zach Tretter, Rachel
Pence and Tori Osceola asked Paige questions about her experience, and she
advised the students to never take no for an answer, follow their
dreams, and respect the people around them.
Naples' Mayor Bill Barnett attended the event and proclaimed May
28th “Paige Miles Day”, noting that Paige is the youngest person to
ever receive such an honor!
