The Community School of Naples is comprised of five divisions: the Early Childhood, Primary, Intermediate, Middle and Upper Schools. The rigorous, teacher-designed curriculum, presented by a talented and dedicated faculty, is designed to be a continuum of growth in both knowledge and appreciation for learning. Five core subjects act as the curriculum's base – math, reading, writing, science and the humanities. All students also take courses in computer science, performing and fine arts, foreign language, physical education and research skills. A school-wide character education program is woven throughout each division's curriculum.

Electives begin in Intermediate School and continue in Middle and Upper School. Offerings include instrumental ensembles, art sampler, ceramics, chorus, photography, drama and much more. Beginning in eighth grade, students may participate in MATHCOUNTS and Mu Alpha Theta, and community service is required of each student. Upper School students choose from an array of co-curricular activities such as Model UN, Mock Trial and foreign language competitions.
The study of visual art, music and theatre is a vital component of any well-rounded education. Through the arts, children develop an aesthetic sense and appreciation that will enrich all areas of their lives and further enhance a passion for lifelong learning.

Early Childhood Music Program

CSN is proud to offer an Early Childhood Music Program, now in session. All classes are open to the public.
The Community School offers both Middle School and Upper School athletic teams. Sports include baseball, basketball, cheerleading, cross country, golf, lacrosse, sailing, soccer, softball, swimming, tennis, track and field and volleyball. CSN teams compete against a variety of public and private schools and compete for district and state titles.
CSN is one of the most respected educational institutions in Florida and has gained a national reputation as well. Currently the school enrolls more than 800 students. The $40 million, 110-acre campus features 15 buildings with plans for further expansion. The comprehensive curriculum reflects the highest standards of American independent schools, emphasizing traditional core subjects and providing a rich variety of experiences in the visual and performing arts, physical education and interscholastic competitions.
Exciting plans for the future are under way. Over the next few years, new academic buildings and a performing arts center are planned. These enhancements to our campus will support anticipated growth in enrollment and curriculum.
